Review: Supergoop Glow Screen
Even thought we’ve been working remotely (most of us) for almost a year, it’s still incredibly important to wear sunscreen. If your new work-from-home station is by a window, guess what, ya need sunscreen! This Supergoop sunscreen is a pretty new product in their collection, and in Supergoop fashion, they are doing some pretty fun things with formula and texture. I personally love their UnSeen sunscreen - a primer like sunscreen that goes on clear and makes your skin feel and look silky. This is a tinted highlighter-like sunscreen that makes your skin look incredibly dewy, without looking or feeling or smelling like a sunscreen. It’s kinda been the perfect SPF during shelter in place because of it’s pearl like sheen - makes me look dewy af on zoom!
Active Ingredients:
Avobenzone 3%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 10%
Hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5 and niacinamide help boost moisture in the skin, leaving it feeling soft and nourished.
Provides powerful antioxidant protection, while also supporting long-lasting hydration.
What I like About it
Acts as a pretty nice makeup primer for my skin.
If you don’t want to wear makeup, it provides a nice sheen and subtle tint to make your skin look fantastic.
The pearl-essence isn’t intense, so I actually like it. I typically hate any sparkly highlighter or things that make me looks like I walked outta Limited Two. Especially for skincare.
Texture and formula is light weight.
What Don’t I like About it
Price comes in right under $40, for some, that may be pretty expensive for SPF. But it’s kinda a two-in-one so you decide it’s value.
How to use
Apply as your last step in your skincare routine before your apply makeup. Make sure it’s an even layer.
