K-beauty brand CNP Laboratory, created Propolis Energy Ampule Mask, a two step sheet mask that’s supposed to provide nutrients and hydration to the skin. Both steps contain propolis (bee glue) extract from bee hives, which is supposed to have antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.

Finally finished my no exfoliating experiment! I’ve ditched both physical and chemical (AHAs/BHAs) exfoliators for 28 days so my skin can naturally exfoliate itself. It’s been an eye opening experience!
